Tara Cullen has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Modern Dental Pacific Group. Tara has been part of the Group since 2013 and has worked closely with customers, clinicians, and teams across Australia and New Zealand.
Tara brings extensive senior leadership experience across healthcare, dental and medical devices. Since joining Modern Dental Pacific, she has held several senior roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Group Director of Sales and Marketing, where she led operations, commercial performance, brand building, and customer experience across the region.
At the heart of Tara’s leadership approach is a strong commitment to supporting clinicians and improving patient health outcomes. She believes that trusted customer partnerships and well-supported employees are essential to delivering consistent quality, dependable service, and high clinical standards, enabling better outcomes for patients today and into the future.
