Condition of nomination is to attend the Gala Awards Ceremony on the 9th of December, 2025. at the Main Hall of the Melbourne Town Hall.
Your registration will only be finalized when payment has been made.
The cost for nominees is $295 (inc. GST) per person. The venue assigns tables of 10, that is a total of $2.950 per table for your team/family. Be welcomed with canapes and drinks on arrival, enjoy a three course dinner, open bar all evening, live entertainment and, of course, be part of the prestigious award ceremony.
Booking one table of 10 allows the practice to apply for as many categories you consider your practice eligible for.
