More milestones

We have been labelling recent editions of Australasian Dentist as `milestone editions’ recently. And they have been. Our offering of CPD points, our subscription drive and discount vouchers. Well, at the risk of sounding hackneyed, we have more milestones to announce.

This time we have two CPD accredited articles for points. Dentists who read and answer the questions correctly can collect three CPD points.

Our first article for CPD points is "Oral Malodour", by Prof. Jack A Gerschman and Dr Michael Stubbs. The second article is, "How do I get started in implant dentistry?" by Dr Tony Dawson.

These articles are accredited by the Dental Practice Board of Victoria, so all dentists are welcome to read and answer the questions related to the two articles. The change this time is that dentists don’t need to subscribe to Australasian Dentist to accrue points. Our subscription offer has been running for two editions and our subscriptions continue to rise – so we feel the CPD points are so important that this should be available to all dentist.

 Our own seminars

In 2008 we will also be running our own seminars – again for CPD points. And we will be coming to you. We’ll have compelling and absorbing topics presented by our eminent speakers. Subscribers will receive generous discounts for these seminars. Watch out for more information in subsequent editions.
